Index description

Rice (IMF) is a commodity index tracking nominal prices of 5 % broken white rice from Thailand and serves as an indicator in the agricultural sector with the primary producing country Thailand. In 2026 the maximum reached 464.00 USD/tonne, the minimum was 330.61 USD/tonne and the average level stood at 377.00 USD/tonne. The index is based on nominal prices of rice, 5 % broken milled white rice, Thailand nominal price quote.
