Index description

Rice, Thai 25 % (World Bank) is a commodity index reflecting prices of 25 % broken rice from Thailand and serves as a reference for agricultural deals with the primary producing country Thailand. In 2026 the maximum reached 479.00 USD/tonne, the minimum was 351.00 USD/tonne and the average level stood at 379.00 USD/tonne. The index is based on indicative survey prices of 25 % broken white rice, milled, government standard, f.o.b. Bangkok.
