Index description

Wheat, US SRW (World Bank) is a commodity index tracking prices of No. 2 soft red winter wheat from US Gulf ports and serves as a benchmark in the agricultural sector with primary trading in the USA. In 2026 the maximum reached 259.50 USD/tonne, the minimum was 200.35 USD/tonne and the average level stood at 222.68 USD/tonne. The index is based on export prices of wheat (U.S.), No. 2, soft red winter, delivered at the US Gulf port for prompt or 30 days shipment.
