Index description

The purchase price index for grade 4 wheat with protein ?12.5 % based on Taganrog represents a regional benchmark for the Russian grain sector used for monitoring local purchases with primary trading in Russia. In July 2026 the maximum reached 14200.00 RUB/tonne, the minimum was 12000.00 RUB/tonne and the average level stood at 13068.18 RUB/tonne. The index is based on maximum purchase prices for wheat, grade 4, protein ?12.5 %, EXW/CPT Taganrog, without VAT.
