The purchase price index for grade 4 wheat with protein ?12.5 % based on Taganrog represents a regional benchmark for the Russian grain sector used for monitoring local purchases with primary trading in Russia. The index is based on maximum purchase prices for wheat, grade 4, protein ?12.5 %, EXW/CPT Taganrog, without VAT.
