The S&P GSCI is a production-weighted commodity benchmark based on 24 futures contracts and serves as a widely used reference for commodity ETFs with a large energy component. In June 2026 the maximum reached 718.67 index points, the minimum was 611.89 index points and the average stood at 662.57 index points. The composition includes agricultural commodities, energy, non-ferrous metals and precious metals.
