Wood Pellets (Latvia) is an index of prices for biopellets for deliveries in Latvia, based on Baltpool platform data and serving as a tool for analyzing the biofuel market in the Baltic energy sector. In May 2026 the maximum reached 50.01 EUR/MWh, the minimum was 47.01 EUR/MWh, and the average level stood at 48.34 EUR/MWh. The index acts as a pricing benchmark for biomass in Latvia and is calculated from Baltpool transactions.
