Wood Chips (Lithuania) is an index reflecting the weighted average price of wood chip deliveries via anonymous auctions on the Baltpool platform and is used to monitor the biofuel market in the Baltic energy sector. In July 2026 the maximum reached 26.89 EUR/MWh, the minimum was 24.68 EUR/MWh, and the average level stood at 25.47 EUR/MWh. The index serves as a pricing benchmark for biomass in Lithuania and is calculated from Baltpool auction data.
