Packaging cardboard (waste paper fluting) is a middle fluted layer made from recycled wastepaper and serves as a price indicator for lightweight packaging on the Russian market. In 2026-07 the maximum reached 39245.00 RUB/tonne, the minimum — 38918.00 RUB/tonne, with an average of 39124.50 RUB/tonne. The index reflects price dynamics for wastepaper fluting.
