The Live Hog (DCE) index represents futures on live hogs traded on the Dalian Commodity Exchange and serves as a key hedging instrument in China’s pork market. In August 2026 the maximum reached 12505.00 CNY/tonne, the minimum was 10690.00 CNY/tonne, with an average level of 11842.86 CNY/tonne. The index reflects pork price dynamics on China’s primary market.
