Index description

The index reflects a continuous futures contract on iron ore with 65% iron content for the commodity market; China is the primary trading region and benchmark on SGX. In 2026-06 the maximum was 121.87 USD/ton, the minimum — 114.79 USD/ton, the average level — 117.67 USD/ton. The index refers to fines with CFR delivery basis to China.
