The index reflects the dynamics of the Moroccan stock market through key companies traded on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. It covers the shares of the largest and most liquid issuers denominated in the Moroccan dirhams. The index is a basket of assets calculated as a weighted indicator of market capitalization. The index methodology takes into account the free float of stocks to accurately reflect market value.
