The index reflects the dynamics of the Georgian stock market based on key publicly traded companies. It covers shares denominated in Georgian lari and represents the national capital market of Georgia. The index is formed as a weighted basket of assets reflecting the market capitalization of the companies included. The calculation methodology takes into account changes in stock prices without taking into account dividend income.
