The index reflects the continuous financially settled naphtha futures contract (CIF NWE) and serves as the primary benchmark for petrochemical feedstock pricing worldwide. In June 2026 the maximum reached 758.08 USD/ton, the minimum was 679.78 USD/ton, averaging 703.20 USD/ton. The index is compiled from a rolling series of cash-settled futures.
