Index description

The index reflects the continuous naphtha futures contract (CFR Japan) and serves as the key benchmark for petrochemical feedstock prices in Asia. In July 2026 the maximum reached 825.54 USD/ton, the minimum stood at 659.76 USD/ton, averaging 754.66 USD/ton. The index is compiled from a rolling series of futures contracts.
