Corn/Ethanol Ratio measures the price of corn relative to ethanol, comparing the cost of a feedstock with the price of the finished biofuel. A rising ratio indicates that corn is becoming more expensive relative to ethanol and, all else being equal, increases pressure on the profitability of corn-based ethanol production.
