Oil Gas Condensate Urals (Average Price, Mineral Extraction Tax — NMM, FOB Primorsk) represents the average tax-period price of gas condensate from new offshore fields for MET-NMM calculation with the main producer in Russia, serving as a price reference for fields in the Baltic, White, Barents, Pechora and Kara Seas. In 2026 prices ranged from 300.69 USD/t to 771.40 USD/t with an average of 492.66 USD/t. Data are published on economy.gov.ru in the section “Global Commodity Market Conditions”.
