Soybean oil (CME) is a futures contract on soybean oil used in the food industry and biodiesel production for hedging risks. The United States is the main production region and serves as an underlying asset for the global vegetable oils market. In August 2026 the maximum reached 71.36 USD/pound, the minimum — 67.17 USD/pound, the average level — 68.81 USD/pound.
