Index description

The main purpose of the Business Tendency Surveys is to monitor the current business situation and forecasting short-term developments (current quarter and next quarter). The construction confidence indicator is the arithmetic average of the balances (difference between positive and negative answers in % points of total answers) of the answers to the questions on: order books - level; and employment - future tendency. The last observation is dated Q4 2021.
