The continuous physically settled cocoa bean futures on ICE serve as the global benchmark for cocoa originating from Africa, Asia and Latin America. In August 2026 the maximum reached 6771.00 USD/tonne, the minimum stood at 5654.00 USD/tonne and the average level was 5958.95 USD/tonne. Delivery takes place at ICE warehouses, providing a reference price for the global cocoa market.
