The continuous physically settled cocoa bean futures on ICE serve as the global benchmark for cocoa originating from Africa, Asia and Latin America. In July 2026 the maximum reached 6455.00 USD/tonne, the minimum stood at 5017.24 USD/tonne and the average level was 5494.58 USD/tonne. Delivery takes place at ICE warehouses, providing a reference price for the global cocoa market.
