Propane is a continuous financially settled futures contract on propane delivered at Mont Belvieu, Texas, USA, serving as a key benchmark for the LPG market in energy and petrochemicals. In August 2026 the maximum reached 0.77 USD/gallon, the minimum was 0.67 USD/gallon, and the average level stood at 0.71 USD/gallon. The price is derived from financially settled propane futures at Mont Belvieu.
