Sugar (India) reflects the weighted average price of sugar across Indian regions and serves as the indicator for the local market in the agricultural and food sectors of the world’s largest producer. In July 2026 the maximum reached 5080.92 rupees/100 kg, the minimum was 4408.15 rupees/100 kg, and the average stood at 4603.42 rupees/100 kg. The index is used to monitor the domestic sugar market in India.
