Index description

GBP interest rate swap (fixed rate vs SONIA). As part of an interest Rate Swap (IRS), an investor has the opportunity to exchange the SONIA rate for a fixed rate for a certain period of time and vice versa. IRS levels reflect the expectations of market participants regarding the dynamics of changes in the floating interest rate over the relevant time horizon.
