Index description

CCIL SDL Total Return Index considers price movements (capital gains or losses) as well as coupon payment by 14 most recently issued 10-year maturity securities of 14 states (Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Karnataka, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Kerala, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh). The index changes due to market capitalized weighted price movement and accrued interest. CCIL SDL Total Return Index is calculated by The Clearing Corporation of India Limited.
