CCIL SDL Principal Return Index considers price movements (capital gains or losses) of the 14 most recently issued 10-year maturity securities of 14 states (Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Karnataka, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Kerala, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh). The index changes due to a movement in the market capitalized weighted price. CCIL SDL Principal Return Index is calculated by The Clearing Corporation of India Limited.
