The metric reflects the return dynamics of the secondary housing market in St. Petersburg in rubles and is formed based on the dynamics of average sales prices and market rental rates per square meter. The methodology excludes the effect of rent reinvestment, fixing the net financial result of asset ownership in percentage terms. Metric values are updated and published on a monthly basis.
