Index description

The Index reflects the dynamics of the volume of new municipal bond issuances in Estonia. It covers data on municipal bonds denominated in euros and pertains to the Estonian market. The Index is based on aggregated data of new issuances, representing an indicator of activity in the municipal debt market.
