Ursa Bank pays ?14.15 mln in LPN coupon

Novosibirsk-headquartered Ursa Bank paid ?14.15 mln as a coupon on the LPNs. The coupon yield was paid at the rate of 7%, the lending institution’s press service reported. The lender floated ?400 mln loan participation notes on May 21, 2007 for a term of 3 years in order to provide a credit facility to Ursa Bank. The LPNs were issued by URSA Finance Plc (Ireland) and arranged by ABN Amro and Deutsche Bank. Currently, the LPNs of this issue worth ?202.17 mln are in circulation. According to the data from Banki.ru and news agency Interfax-CEA, as of January 1, 2009 net assets of Ursa Bank totaled Rub 209.6 bln (20th place in Russia). The lending institution is a member of the national deposit insurance system. |
