AirUnion RRJ to issue 2 bln rubles in bonds

AirUnion RRJ, which is part of the AiRUnion alliance, is preparing a debut bond issue for 2 billion rubles, the company said in a statement. The union's members voted to issue the bonds at an extraordinary general meeting. The company will place 2 million bonds with face value of 1,000 rubles on the MICEX Stock Exchange. The bonds will circulate for three years. LLC AirUnion RRJ was set up by the AiRUnion alliance to acquire 15 SuperJet planes from the state-owned holding Sukhoi. The company has charter capital of more than $20 million. AiRUnion currently includes five separate companies. It was formed in early 2005 and includes Krasnoyarsk Airlines (RTS: AVKA), Domodedovo Airlines, Samara Airlines, Omskavia, and Sibaviatrans. |
