The Russian airline alliance AiRUnion, currently still in the process of creation, plans to issue another tranche of CLNs worth over $100m, the RBC Daily newspaper reported today. Revenue from the flotation will be used to restructure the debt the company owes to fuel supplier Airport Fuel Supply Trading House (TD TOAP), and also its overdue debt from the leasing of Russian equipment. According to several sources close to the financial sector, Gazprombank and Russian Funds Investment Group are expected to be the lead managers for the issue. The flotation is expected to take place in the second half of 2008, and the offering will be a maximum of RUB 3bn (approx USD 128m). |
