The index shows the total volume of loans issued to legal entities. Legal entities are represented by non-financial and financial organizations (except for credit organizations), as well as individual entrepreneurs.
From October 1, 2025, the Bank of Russia will calculate loans to legal entities taking into account accrued interest.
