The Nifty 10 yr Benchmark G-Sec (Clean Price) Index is constructed using the clean price of 10-year bond issued by the Central Government, India. This index provides a measure of price movement of a 10 year benchmark bond on the basis of clean price only. Accrued interest and coupon payments are not considered for index calculations. The index is calculated by NSE Indices Limited.
Index value can be retrieved via Cbonds add-in for Excel using the formula CbondsIndexValue(59899, date)
