Index description

Reflects the monthly dynamics of the PMI index of the production sector (or PMI processing industry). It is a composite indicator, which is based on indices from five categories: new orders, production volumes, employment, stocks of goods, and inverted delivery data. The index is a value between 0 and 100. Values above 50 mean an increase in business activity compared to last month. The index takes into account seasonal adjustments.
