This reflects the dynamics of entrepreneurial confidence in processing industries each month. It is calculated as the average arithmetic value of the balance sheets of estimates of the actual emerging levels of demand (portfolio of orders), stocks of finished products (taken with the opposite sign), as well as expected output (in percent). Without exceptions for seasonal factors. It isusually published 18 working day after the end of the month.
