Index description

Soybeans is a futures contract on No. 2 yellow soybeans used in the agricultural sector for feed and oil production, with the USA as the primary trading region on CME and the asset serving as a global soy benchmark. In August 2026 the maximum reached 1276.25 cents/bushel, the minimum was 1147.50 cents/bushel, and the average stood at 1200.66 cents/bushel. The price is based on continuous physically settled futures with delivery in a CME-designated warehouse, where 1 bushel equals 27.216 kg.
