The LME Index is a weighted commodity indicator of six non-ferrous metal prices on the London Metal Exchange and is used to gauge the global non-ferrous metals market. Data for June 2026 are not available. The index is calculated with fixed weights derived from world production and liquidity over the preceding five years; the constituents are aluminium (42.8 %), copper (31.2 %), lead (14.8 %), nickel (2 %), tin (1 %) and zinc (14.8 %).
