The Index reflects the dynamics of average prices for improved quality housing on the secondary real estate market in the Russian Federation. It covers data across all regions of the country and is expressed in rubles. The Index aggregates information on the improved quality housing segment, excluding other categories of real estate. Data for the Index calculation is sourced from official Rosstat statistics.
