Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation (“ACRE”) is a specialty finance company organized as a real estate investment trust (“REIT”). Our common stock is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ACRE”. ACRE is managed by Ares Commercial Real Estate Management LLC (“ACREM”), a subsidiary of Ares Management, L.P. (“Ares”), a publicly traded, leading global alternative asset manager with offices located across the U.S., Europe and Asia/Australia. As of June 30, 2015, Ares had approximately $88 billion of assets under management ("AUM").
