The main activity directions are as following: dark wheat flour and fancy white wheat flour production; pure white rye, medium rye flour and dark rye flour production; dark wheat flour production from triticale grain; pearl-barley, wheat groats and semolina production; groats of fast preparation production; production of flakes; flour and groats prepacking; wheat, rye, barley and triticale groans storage and processing; -grain, seed and products storage. All the products are made from the high-grade stock field-grown in Brest. They are all certificated and satisfy GOST standards. Groats producing line manufactures exceptionally natural products, profuse in proteins micro- and macro elements, B, PP1, E1-vitamins and carbohydrates. The quality of products is strictly controlled during all the stages of production. The enterprise manufacturing procedure complies with the highest European standards and is controlled by the State Bread Inspection of Belarus. The ISO system is in the development phase.
