The company also offers carbonated soft drinks, bottled water, isotonic beverages, energy drinks, and ready-to-drink teas under the Guaraná Antarctica, Gatorade, H2OH!, Lipton Iced Tea, Fusion, Red Rock, Concordia, Evervess, Triple Kola, and Gatorade brands. The company was formerly known as InBev Participações Societárias S.A and changed its name to Ambev S.A. in March 2013. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
