The bookbuilding for Sberbank bonds of 001Р-04R series will be started on February 28th, at 11:00 am (MSK)

On February 28th, from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM (MSK), Sberbank will hold the bookbuilding for bonds of 001P-04R series, according to the placement materials. The nominal issue size is 50 billion rubles. The amount of placed issues is at least 15 billion rubles. The face value of a single instrument is 1,000 rubles. The placement price is 100% of nominal value. The coupon period is 182 days. The maturity period is 3.5 years (1,274 days). The placement holds by public subscription. The benchmark of the coupon rate is 6.9%–7.1% per annum, which corresponds to yield to maturity of 10.4%–10.25% per annum. Start date of placement is March 2nd, 2018.
