Volkswagen Bank RUS to open order book for Series 001Р-01 bonds at 11:00 on October 6

Volkswagen Bank RUS is planning to build an order book for its Series 001Р-01 bond issue from 11:00 am till 4:00 pm (Moscow time) on October 6, according to Raiffeisenbank's issue materials. The coupon guidance ranges between 9.65% and 9.9% p.a. corresponding to yield to put in the range of 9.88%-10.14%. The issue has a 1.5-year put option at 100% of par value. The issue amount is RUB 5bn. The issue has a 7-year tenor (2,562 days). The par value per bond is RUB 1,000. The bonds carry 6-month (183-day) coupons. The start of placement is preliminary scheduled for October 11. Raiffeisenbank and UniCredit Bank are arrangers on the issue; Raiffeisenbank is the placement agent. The issue complies with the CBR requirements for Lombard List.
