Inter RAO sells 40.2% in Irkutskenergo, first tranche totals 45 bln rubles ($688.06 mln

Inter RAO sold 40.29% in Irkutskenergo, the volume of the first tranche totals 45 bln rubles ($688.06 mln), the company said on Tuesday.
The buyer is Telmamskaya HEP, a subsidiary of JSC Eurosibenergo.
It was reported earlier that the transaction amount totals 70 bln rubles ($1.07 bln). The payment will be made in several tranches with the involvement of syndicated loan from Sberbank and VTB.
"The remaining 25 bln rubles ($382.31 mln) should come on a quarterly basis for two years in equal payments," a representative of Inter RAO said.
