Region Invest completed the placement of Series BO-03 bonds in amount of 10 mln, the issuer reports. Earlier, Region Invest set the first coupon rate at 13.75% p.a. (or 68.56 rubles per bond). The first coupon revenue is RUR 685.6 mln. The company held book-building from 11:00 (MSK) to 16:00 (MSK) on April 19. The volume of the issue is RUR 10 bln. The issue tenor is 5 years (1820 days) from the date of placement. The face value is 1000 rubles per bond. The arranger is FC Otkritie Bank.
