The Central Bank of Russia registered issues and prospectus of Irkutskenergo Series 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 bonds for a total of RUR 20 bln

On January 28, the Central Bank of Russia registered issues and prospectus of Irkutskenergo Series 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 bonds placed via public offering, the regulator informs. The following state registration numbers were allocated to the issues: 4-02-00041-А, 4-03-00041-А, 4-04-00041-А, 4-05-00041-А, 4-06-00041-А. The volume of Series 02 and 03 issues is RUR 5 bln, of Series 04 – RUR 4 bln, of Series 05-06 – RUR 3 bln. The issue tenor is 5 years (1820 days). The face value is 1000 rubles per bond, the placement price is 100% of par.
