RGS Nedvizhimost to place RUR 5 bln in exchange bonds

RGS Nedvizhimost will place exchange bonds (series BO-01 and BO-03) for a total of RUR 5 bln, according to the issuer's report. The book will be open from 12.00 (MSK) on October 17 to 15.00 (MSK) on October 20. BO-01 will be placed on October 22, BO-03 on October 23. Size of BO-01 issue is RUR 2 bln; issue BO-02 is RUR 3 bln. Face value is RUR 1000 per bond. The tenor is 3 years. Both put and call options are available. Method of placement is public offering. BC Region is the Arranger.
