Golf & Country Club Don to offer series 03 discount bonds

Shareholders of Golf & Country Club Don will discuss issuance of series 03 discount bonds at a meeting on March 29, the company said. The bonds will be placed without security, and without an early redemption option, with face value of RUR 100 thousand each. 27 bonds will be placed through public offering at a price of RUR 99 thousand per bond.
