SITMAR to sell Series 01 bonds worth RUB 250m on February 19

SITMAR Investment Company has opened an order book for Series 01 bonds. The bonds will be placed through public offering. The order book will open at 12:00 (Moscow time) on January 24 till 17:00 (Moscow time) on February 4. IC Finam is the agent on the issue. The issue counts 250 ,000 bonds. The face value per bond is RUB1,000. The bonds have a 6-year tenor (2,184 days). The sale on the MICEX is preliminary scheduled for February 19.
