ING Bank Slaski sells PLN 565 mln in variable rate 5Y bonds at 6M WIBOR + 90 bps

ING Bank Slaski will sell PLN 565 mln in 5Y unsecured bonds following recent book building, the bank said in a market filing.

Variable rate bonds carry interest at 6M WIBOR plus 90 bps. Settlement is slated for December 6.

ING Bank Slaski had said mid-year it would launch a PLN 5 bln bond program and more recently said it would test markets yet this year.

The PLN 5 bln program will consist of multiple tranches of zloty-denominated paper with tenor up to 10Y. The papers can be zero-coupon or bear coupons with either fixed or floating rates, management said previously.
