MICEX registers RUB 60bn in bonds of ALROSA

The MICEX has registered RUB 60bn in bonds of ALROSA, the stock exchange reported. The issues were assigned state registration numbers 4B02-01-40046-N - 4B02-10-40046-N on 19.10.2012. The supervisory board of ALROSA OK'ed Series BO-01 - BO-12 exchange bond issues on October 11. Each issue comprises 5 million bonds worth RUB 1,000 each. The issues have a tenor of 1,092 days. They will be placed through public offering. VTB Capital will lead the issues.
