Volga-Sport puts off Series 02 bonds indefinitely

Volga-Sport has put off Series 02 bonds indefinitely, according to issue materials. As reported earlier, the board of directors of ZAO Volga-Sport planned to amend issue documents for Series 02 bonds on October 10. The company intended to sell Series 02 bonds worth RUB 1.9bn on October 15. The issue has a 12-year tenor. Coupon 1 was set at 11%. The bonds were planned for sale through public offering.
